Shorty Awards: Gold Winner — Best Use of YouTube

In Spring of 2019, I led a successful new business pitch for a new YouTube channel with Netflix's stand-up-led comedy vertical: Netflix Is A Joke.


Through an incredibly successful clip-based strategy, we were able to quickly grow the channel — making it one of Netflix Is A Joke's biggest channel for video views almost immediately. By combining YouTube best practices with some of the best stand-up comedians in the world, we created a successful model for individual YouTube channels across Netflix Brand & Editorial.
